Excellent Service and Beautiful Location

The staff was friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The beach is clean and beautiful and perfect. Our room was super clean throughout our visit, thanks to Walid and the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job every day. I appreciated their attention to detail. I would definitely come back!

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. It had a balcony overlooking the sea. I enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. There was also a mini-fridge stocked daily with water and soft drinks. It was perfect after spending time in the sun.

The hotel had five swimming pools, including an adults-only pool and a dedicated children's pool. I saw that the main pool area included twenty loungers. A shaded section provided relief from the sun. A dive center was on the premises, offering snorkeling trips to the nearby reefs.

The restaurant staff was very attentive. They ensured tables were clean and drinks were promptly refilled. I saw the housekeeping staff created towel art on the beds. This was a very creative, fun touch.

Fantastic reef, friendly staff

Ahmed Kalid helped me a lot with my luggage on arrival. Omar cleaned the room daily and made special towel decorations. I enjoyed swimming and snorkeling near the beach. The coral and fish were lovely. The experience was like swimming in a large aquarium.
The food at the Italian à la carte restaurant was a slight disappointment. Although the service was good, the dishes did not meet my expectations. A greater focus on food quality could enhance the dining experience.
